IoD is a business organisation created for directors of companies, senior business leaders and entrepreneurs. It is the UK’s oldest organisation for professional leaders and was founded in 1903. It was known as the United Service Club before it transformed into the IoD.
IoD is the most influential institution in the UK and promotes wealth creation among members and related companies by organising IoD professional development courses and events. The organisation has over 30,000 full members, and its magazine is read by over 52,000 people every month.
